When installing my in-ground system, do I have to use the amount of concrete and ground sleeve as specified in the instruction sheet? Yes, the instruction sheet notes the minimum amount of concrete required to cover all installations. In addition, a 14" ground sleeve is required for proper installation. The ground sleeve provides you with the opportunity to remove and replace the pole system should you desire to move it to another location, or if it becomes damaged. How far from the playing surface should I install my in-ground system? For proper play with an in-ground system, the front edge of the hole to the playing surface should measure 6". If you require more specific installation help, please contact our customer service department. I put my poles together wrong, can I take them apart? For safety reasons, the pole assembly cannot be undone once the poles have been put together. Please contact Huffy® Sports customer service if you need to order replacement poles.
